How Does Calm Work With Dental InsuranceThe most common question we receive is, "Does your facility accept my insurance?" If you have a PPO plan, which makes up 95% of employer-provided plans, the answer is YES. We accept PPO plans and will bill your insurance directly. You will be responsible for any applicable copay for your treatment. Cleanings and exams are generally covered at 100%, though frequency limitations may apply. If you are covered by Delta Dental, Care First, or United Concordia, these plans do not pay us directly. Therefore, you will need to pay for your treatment upfront, and your insurance plan will reimburse you. We will still file the claim on your behalf to facilitate the reimbursement process.

Can I Use FSA Or HSA To Pay TreatmentYes you can. That is what it is meant for.
