You pay for insurance so we will help you get the most out of it. We are not contracted with any insurance carriers; however, If you have a PPO plan, your plan will pay for services rendered by both, in-network and out-of-network dentists.   Once you pay for your treatment and the services are rendered, our insurance experts will go to work on your behalf to get your insurance plan to reimburse you directly, based on your plan limitations. We handle filing the claims and filing appeals on denials. You will NEVER, get a surprise bill from us. We won't stop till you get reimbursed by your insurance carrier. Other practices just send you a bill once the insurance carrier denies a claim. At Calm, if we feel that it was a wrongful denial, we will go as far as filing a complaint to the DC Department of Insurance, Securities and Banking. Remember, if you enroll in Calm membership, we will even get your insurance plan to pay you directly you for complimentary membership services rendered at Calm, like cleanings, exams, and x-rays. It is like getting paid to go to the dentist.
