Deposits will be applied to a co-pay (if applicable) or refunded after your insurance plan pays in full for your initial appointment.

Why do I have to make a deposit to confirm an appointment?​

• By securing your appointment, you allow us to allocate resources efficiently, such as contacting your insurance provider for coverage details and reserving ample time with the doctor for your care.

• Unlike some practices that resort to double booking to mitigate no-shows, we prioritize quality over quantity, striving to provide a relaxed and attentive experience without long wait times. We sincerely appreciate your cooperation and trust in our practice.​

If my insurance fully covers exams and x-rays, will my deposit be refunded?

• Certainly! Your deposit will be refunded to you upon full payment by your insurance plan for your initial appointment. If there remains an outstanding balance, your deposit will be applied towards settling the bill.

What if I cancel my appointment, do I get a refund?

• Yes, if you cancel at least 2 business days before your appointment date​/time

• No, if you cancel less than 2 business days before your appointment date. 

What if I have a true emergency or I fall ill and have to reschedule?

• We recognize that unexpected emergencies can arise. Therefore, in the event of a genuine last-minute emergency, we are happy to reschedule your appointment at no additional charge.​
